Accepting requests for pilot projects

SUPER II for robotics

The SUPER II AI core for robots and automated systems: understands a task in words, plans actions, distributes work and reports back.

  • Warehouse logistics
  • Manufacturing
  • Service robots
  • Inspection drones
  • Smart buildings
Directions

Where the AI core takes over the work

Examples of tasks a pilot can start with. The set of tasks for your site is defined after a survey.

  • Warehouse logistics

Mobile robots, sorting, order picking. Order priorities, shift assignments, stock and downtime reports.

  • Manufacturing

Manipulators, lines, quality control. Work plans by area, log analysis, summaries for the shift supervisor.

  • Service robots

Greeting guests, delivery, cleaning. Understands requests by voice and text, hands complex cases to a person.

  • Inspection drones

Inspecting sites, roofs, lines and warehouses. A flight task in words, photo analysis, a report with a list of defects.

  • Smart buildings

Engineering systems, access, energy. Sensor summaries, requests to the facility team, energy saving tips.

What we offer

From integration to maintenance

01

AI integration into robotic solutions

We connect the SUPER II AI core to your robot and equipment control system: tasks in words, planning, log analysis and operator tips.

02

Development and production for the project

Together with partners we design and build a solution for your process: survey, prototype and pilot on one area, scope and timing in the contract.

03

Maintenance and support under contract

The solution keeps evolving after launch: AI core updates, monitoring, incident analysis and support during business hours.

Principle

One core for many machines

As in an AI team: robots, drones and building systems get tasks from one AI core. It plans, distributes work and checks the result, while a person sees the log and confirms what matters. Motion safety stays with the standard systems of the equipment.

Pilot project

How the work starts

  1. 1

    Request

Tell us about the task, the equipment and the site.

  2. 2

    Survey

We study the process, interfaces and safety requirements.

  3. 3

    Pilot

We launch on one area with a clear goal and metrics.

  4. 4

    Decision

Together we review the result and decide whether to scale.

Request

We accept requests for pilot projects

Describe the task and we will contact you during business hours to discuss a pilot.

Useful to include in the request:
  • Which process you want to automate
  • What equipment you already have or plan
  • Where the site is and how many shifts it has
  • What will count as a successful pilot

About robotics

Do you make robots yourselves?
We do development and production for a project together with partners. Our part is the SUPER II AI core and its integration, partners are responsible for mechanics and electronics. The scope is defined after a survey.
What equipment can you work with?
Every project is reviewed separately: it all depends on the control system and the available interfaces. Describe your equipment in the request and we will tell you where to start.
How much does a pilot cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the task, the equipment and the site. The price in rubles and the timing are fixed in the contract after a survey.
Is it safe?
The AI core plans and sets tasks, while motion and emergency stop are handled by the standard safety systems of the equipment. Critical actions are confirmed by a person.
How is this different from an AI team?
An AI team works on a work computer in the cloud. In robotics the same SUPER II core plans and sets tasks for physical systems through their controls. The direction is new, so we start with pilot projects.
How does support work?
Under contract: AI core updates, monitoring, improvements for new tasks and support during business hours.
